The program

By opting in, you agree to receive text (SMS) messages from KenetiCX — customer-support replies and account or service updates related to your request. These messages are operated by OMNISONRAI GROUP, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company based in Herndon, Virginia.

How you opt in

You give consent to receive messages in either of these ways:

• By texting us first. When you send a text to our published support number to start a conversation, that message is your consent to receive our reply.
• By texting a keyword. Texting JOIN to our number opts you in to support messages.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Each opt-in is recorded with the date and time.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply — check with your mobile carrier.

Getting help and opting out

• HELP. Reply HELP to any message, or email [email protected], for assistance.
• STOP. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

Carriers and privacy

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
